Able to perform ECGs, take blood, spirometry, perform health checks and administer flu and pneumococcal vaccinations, ear irrigation to patients who are resident within the City who are not registered with us.

The Practice Manager has responsibility for the day to day management of the practice. In the modern NHS this role has become more of a business focused role. Anne works closely with the reception supervisor, in particular with regard to the smooth running of the front of house. 

Arlene is responsible for the processing of clinical information from the hospitals, clinics and other sources. All information is coded and entered into patients medical records. 

The Reception Team consists of:

Jane is our medical secretary - she completes all referrals to specialists/hospitals on behalf of the clinical staff at the practice. Jane is also responsible for all aspects of non-NHS work, arranging appointments, medical reposts and other non-NHS services for the doctors.
